Has hail damage

Needs intake gasket replaced but I have it

Has hum possibly from aluminum driveshaft had rear axle taken apart and inspected all bearings twice have another shaft to try and a new ring and pinion set

Car is in pretty good shape but is a project car that is drivable but should have the 2 problems repaired to be a great driver I just dont have time with major house repairs that need to be done and feel bad its just sitting. Dont need to sell and only entertaining serious offers and repairing when I get time. Also would consider parting out the body to use the drivetrain on a f100 so make an offer on it whole or the body parts.
