The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in managing clerical and accounting systems, serving as the company's initial point of contact. This individual will also provide general staff support and assist with appraisal report preparation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: High school degree required, associate's degree preferred
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
- Interpersonal: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to greet visitors, answer phones, and interact with staff
- Organization: Proficiency in bookkeeping and managing both physical and digital filing systems, as well as ensuring timely filing of required documents
- Communication: Strong technical grammar and ability to coordinate with office staff
- Information Technology: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience in bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online
- Research and Investigation: Ability to gather and organize statistical data and conduct public records searches
