Need your help.

I have an early 80s Case 2294. Im looking for a mechanic that could repair 2 things. First, the Park doesnt work. Second, the power shift doesnt return to the number 1 position when you push in the clutch. Im willing to pay a fair wage but dont want to take it to a dealership.
