31 Coachmen Chevy 454 RV

Onan Emerald 3 6500 W generator. It runs and drives only has 28000 miles, generator runs well, water pump has worked when winterized the last two years Ive owned it. Both ACs work but probably need to be recharged. Appliances all work to the best of my knowledge. It has a small broken window front passenger side (see pictures) and the back bedroom window has had issues leaking in the past with previous owners, I have receipts of repairs for leaks.
