For sale 1993 Lund Tyee 1750.

I am the second owner of the boat. Purchased from original owner who bought new from Siminson Marine in Pelican Rapids. Have all the original paperwork from him purchasing as well as all service records. Original owners manual as well.

When i purchased the boat 4 years ago i had brought it to Kovash Marine, Moorhead MN, as it had been sitting in the garage for about 3 years. Put over 2K worth of work/parts into the motor 115 Merc, i had told them I want absolutely everything that needs to be replaced or looks remotely worn/old to be done. I wanted everything to be as perfect as possible. See attached paperwork pictures.

I have all paperwork for anything i have done to the boat as well.

Boat has always been stored inside when not in use.

Tires in good shape, new a couple years ago.

Original seats immaculate shape.

Original bow cushions great shape.

Interstate cranking battery purchased about 2 1/2 years ago.

Updated infinity speakers, same size to keep stock speaker covers, have original speakers as well.

Always ran Amsoil 2 stroke injector oil. Have a new 1 gal jug ($53) that will go with.

New snap cover from TRS ($1000+) has pole for back. Motor cover integrated into cover.

Bow cover.

Bimini top in great shape.

Drift sock.

Swim ladder.

2 spare props.

Extra trim relay.

2 anchors.

4 rod holders.

All storage doors in cockpit lockable.

12V Minnkota terrova w. Ipilot spotlock. With remote and foot pedal. Trolling motor battery not included.

Transom saver.

Bearing buddies.

3 tube rod holder on back wall.

Livewell, bilge, navs lights etc. all work as they should.

Battery always charged after each use.

Ram ball on counsel will stay. Have a Humminbird Helix 7 G4 MSI/DSI/GPS. Not included may be able to work something out to go with The boat.

For a 31 year old boat it's in pretty good shape. Floor and Transom solid.

Radio/Tape player work great.

Myself and the previous owner have cared for this boat well, and its has been absolutely great for me and my family. Absolutely perfect for fishing or family.

Since the work has been done to the motor i would be surprised if I've put more then 100 hours on it.

Reason for selling, family is growing getting something a little bigger.

Will put flush muffs on for serious buyer.
