Buyer must be a ND resident and I would prefer selling it to someone with a ND concealed carry but I will do a bill of sale during the transaction for everyone. If you are from Minnesota we can meet at the Exchange Station in Moorhead but you'll have to have a permit to purchase otherwise they can't transfer it to you. If you're from another state like South Dakota or Montana, I can ship it to your FFL for an additional charge.
