Country blue (almost a faded denim blue) wooden shutter that opens to a mini shelf. Shelf drops down by turning the mini toggle. Shelf is held open by two chains on either side.

Dimensions - 24"H by 7" W Shelf is 8.5" in length from shutter and 7" W when open.

Condition - New - plastic covering on the chains and manufacturer tag attached - chip on front corner but not noticeable if shelf is down. See photos. Shelf could be painted.
