Rural house with 65 acres near Harvey, ND for sale.

1970s (?)house being lived in till summer of 2026. We are improving it till we move out.

The last 2 years we have put on new siding, new roof and gutters, and a new furnace. It has a wood burning stove that can be kept or not. Almost all the windows have been replaced with new ones. Have put new flooring up stairs in the bedroom and landing area. Will be doing the doing the bed rooms downstairs this summer. New paint throughout the house. NO major problems just needs cosmetic work thru out.

Land is yard and pasture with a water hole for animals that has never gone dry while we have lived here. Has 2 wells on it. 1 for the house and 1 in the barnyard area. The pastures are fenced but need to be checked because we have some low spots with water. The pasture has been rented for the last 3 years. 2 small barns and another small shed on cement in the barnyard. Cattle loading chute and working area.

House is about 1400 square feet and 1 and one half stories. There is a 3 car garage attached, with a small walk in cooler. Central AC needs replacing, I just use a window AC. Basement is unfinished and has a sump pump in it as the spring thaw and rains do let water seep in. Foundation is still solid, with no major concerns presently. Have a filter system for the house water that works good. Have a water softener that was put in 3 years ago. There is a small wooden deck in the back of the house with french doors that open out to it.
