Isopods: Armadilidium peraccea

10 for 20$ can be used in bioactive terrarium or as a fun unique little pet they are easy to care for. Armadillidium peraccea are a smaller species of armadillidium that is quick to establish terrariums as great little tank cleaners and can become an occasional snack for your reptiles when found cruising about the terrarium. Since they are quick to breed do keep an eye on the population so they don't over take your terrarium. They are also known to like a little extra protein in their diet so you can just add a little bit of fish flakes to give them that extra protein. They do well in mildly moist environments so anything that has moderate humidity would be a great option for these guys to be paired with but use caution amphibians since they are soft bodied and can be that extra protein source for these isopods.
