2 year old, neutered, male Manx cat. Quagmire is your typical textbook cat, likes attention when he wants it, but mostly keeps to himself. He is a very talkative cat. He has recently started to pee in the house, not exactly spraying, but squatting and peeing outside the litter box. He has been indoor/outdoor his whole life.
