Following is a letter from Meowant litterbox when I tried to return it, stating it's not dysfunctional so no return label will be provided. Since shipping it back is $205 dollars, I decided to try to sell it on here. There were a couple of minor negatives with the product (like the ac adapter not being long enough for where I wanted to place it) and I still would have kept it, but the biggest issue is it is just too darn small for my large cats (22lbs). So if you have kittens or smaller cats this is a solid automatic litterbox compared to Litter Robot.
