Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor milling equipment to ensure smooth and efficient grain processing

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

Ensure quality control standards are met during processing

Safely handle raw materials, ensuring all safety protocols are followed

Assist with the packaging and storage of finished grain products

Maintain a clean and organized work area

What Were Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is a plus)

Previous experience in grain processing or a similar industrial environment is preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

Willingness to work in varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
