We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Manager, with the potential to have a percentage of ownership, to oversee all functions of the restaurant. As a member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests and employees. This is an exciting opportunity to have ownership of one of the top steak houses in the area and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of food orders and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Hire employees and provide staff training

- Create staff schedules, fill shifts as needed

- Assist in booking events, ensuring adequate staffing for events, and ordering inventory for events.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization

- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs

- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed, keep an accurate inventory of stock, reduce waste and increase profit, assist in ordering product and supplies

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service, assist in assessing and creating menus

- Adhere to all state, county, safety and sanitation regulations and assist fellow staff to do the same

- Handle cash transactions accurately, balance cash drawers and create deposits, oversee employees cash handling and ensuring accurate daily deposits, assist in balancing gaming funds

Requirements:

- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality management preferred

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Basic culinary knowledge for garnishing drinks or assisting with food production is desirable

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be willing to help out on short notice

- Must be at least 21 years old

Pay: $80,000-$125,000 a year depending on experience
